What happens after I place the order?

Once you submit your order, we will work out shipping price and quote on artwork if needed.

Then on your approval we will send you an invoice and prepare an artwork proof to send to you for sign off.

At this point, if your order is over $1500, we require a 30% deposit before the job goes into production.

When we get your sign off on the artwork the job will through production which generally takes 4 - 5 working days.

When the signage is ready we will call you to organise payment, once payment is received we will dispatch your order. If you are picking up you are welcome to come in and pay when you collect the order.
