You can choose an optional stencil to assist with correct placement during installation for both Acrylic and ACP options. There is even the option to have 3M double sided tape pre-applied to the back of the 3mm and 6mm Acrylic Letters.

These are 2 completely different methods of cutting. Laser cutting can provide a smoother edge finish and sharper cuts than the CNC router. This is mainly noticeable on smaller sizes - which is one of the reasons we only supply larger router cut 3D letters.
As we use the router to cut ACP, it doesn’t have the ability to cut the backing tape as effectively as the Laser Cutter can. We also find that ACP is more likely to be used outdoors and the 3M tape isn’t as suitable for that application when compared to something stronger (e.g. silicone or liquid nails).
Yes - both the Acrylic and Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) materials are weather resistant and suitable for use on external applications.
At this stage we only offer the colours stated on the web page. However please advise our Customer Happiness Team of the colour you require - as we are always looking to add other colours to our range where possible. Your feedback would be appreciated.
We only offer the standard colours stated on the web site at the moment. We do not offer other colours or painted letters.

ACP
Firstly you will need to determine if the surface you are applying the letters to is suitable for this product. We would also recommend that the best way to install the letters is to contact a professional sign installer. However if you wish to save money and install the letters yourself, here is a basic guide to the process:
1. Ensure the wall surface is clean and free of any dust or dirt
2. Place the installation stencil onto the wall and use a tape measure and level to ensure it is positioned correctly. Secure it to the wall using masking tape.
3. Take each 3D letter and peel the backing off the tape on the back of the letter (where applicable). Larger letters may need an adhesive such as Liquid Nails or Silicone applied to the centre of the letters. Place it in the correct spot in the installation stencil and press it very hard onto the wall. It should now remain in place. Continue until all letters are attached.
4. Remove the installation stencil from the wall.
The maximum width that we can achieve in one piece is 2400mm W (1200mm W for 20mm Acrylic). As the letters are supplied individually, this is only a concern for cursive fonts where the letters join together and therefore are supplied as one large piece, or for large logos that are joined. For these orders where the total width exceeds the max size, the letters will be supplied in multiple panels and are able to be joined near-seamlessly when installed.
The stencil is made from Yupo which is a tear resistant, water resistant 200 gsm synthetic paper.
Our CNC Router cuts your ACP into perfect letters with a reliable consistent finish for that perfect cut every time.
One of the limitations of a laser cutter is that they can’t cut ACP material. To get around this we use our state-of-the-art CNC router to do the job. This allows us to cut your signage at an amazing quality & accuracy. We have got you covered from A-Z with the ability to cut a massive range of fonts and sizes using this material.
We automatically set your file up to minimise waste on the sheet which is better for the environment and for your wallet!
Our Laser cutter uses the latest technology to allow for precision cutting every time!
This high tech cutter allows us to finish your letters in a lightning fast, industry leading time with quality that is sure to impress. Using a laser cutter allows for smooth edges every time without the need for filing or flame polishing.
The laser cutter is able to cut a wide range of shapes and sizes allowing us to dot every ‘i’ and cross every ‘t’ with accuracy.
Why not give D.I.Y a red-hot try? We offer easy to use templates to act as a stencil ensuring your letters are installed straight every time.
Your template is cut with accuracy on our Zund S3 cutter on a Yupo synthetic paper material to allow you to remove it without fear of it tearing. All you need to do is use some tape to adhere your template to the wall where you will install your letters, check that it’s level and start installing - it really is that easy!
Check the spelling and layout to ensure it is exactly what you want.
Once you approve this design and checkout there will be no further checks, what you see above will be produced.
Your order 3D Letters
If you have multiple designs and want to use our editor, you can add another order of 3D Letters for each design.
Getting a new quote will erase any changes you have made to the template.
Switching to another template will erase any changes you have made in your current design.
Copying the design from the front side will erase the default design or the changes you have made to the back side.
Any changes you have made to the template will be erased.
