We have invested in the latest technology machinery which allows us to manufacture high quality at high speeds! We are one of the largest sign manufacturers in Australia and our large volumes provide us with the opportunity to negotiate great prices with our suppliers. These reduced costs are passed on to our customers through lower prices.
How reliable are our super fast production times?
We have fixed production lead times which can be found at the top of each product page just under the heading. These production lead times have been accurately calculated to be the fastest time we can manufacture your order. Check our times against your current supplier - we are confident we have the fastest production times in Australia on any products manufactured in our factory. In the past 12 months we achieved a greater than 98% on-time dispatch rate (we believe this is easily the best in the industry) and are working hard to push this closer to 100%.
As you know, communication is key, that is where our systems and our Customer Happiness Team excel. If on the rare occasion we have an unexpected breakdown and risk jobs being manufactured late, we will call and discuss this with you to see how important your deadline is. If it is critical we will do our best to swap your job to another printing method or supply a different product in the meantime to help out, we take our turn around times very seriously.
Keeping track of orders using your Online Customer Account!
Our Online Accounts function allows you to log in to view the status of all your current orders so that you can keep your customer updated every step of the way! You can also see all past orders, and store addresses that you’ve used making it super easy to reorder. The business account feature lets you share access to the business account with colleagues whilst still remaining the primary account holder. This means all orders made through your business will show up in the same area and you can keep track of it all.
