Yes – all of our Acoustic Panels are fire rated to Class A2 (EN13501), making them suitable for commercial, education, and residential use. The fire rating certificate can be downloaded from the Other Downloads section on this page, underneath the gallery images.
Panels can be lightly vacuumed or wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, as they may affect the printed finish.
With proper care and installation, Acoustic Panels are a long-lasting solution. Since they’re resistant to warping and fading indoors, they will maintain both performance and appearance for many years.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
Our Acoustic Panels are printed on 100% polyester fiber (PET), containing a minimum of 75%
recycled material. We use HP Latex Inks which are water based and are designed to avoid the
hazards associated with solvent and UV inks. The ink contains no Hazardous Air Pollutants
(HAP) as others do, and help avoid reactive monomer chemistry exposure and ozone
generation.
The HP Latex inks meet the following environmental certificates and
labels:
The ink cartridges use cardboard Eco-Cartons rather than the traditional plastic cartridges
which reduces plastic by 80% and CO₂e by 66% in ink production and transportation. Plus, this
makes the cartridges recyclable too, further reducing waste!
We also utilise the HP
Recycling Program where all of our HP Latex printhead consumables are recycled with HP and
used to make new printer components.
