Unfortunately, we only make the sizes shown on our website however, we’ve found that these are the most popular sizes out there on the market, so our sizes should have you covered!
Only the Small size can be purchased with a handle which measures 90mm H. This size will also print with a 13mm white border around the head.
The final height of your product will depend on the size you select, and the width will depend on the proportions of the face. For the Small with a Handle size option, the size shown on our website will be the final size and includes the handle.
The Small size will always print with a white border and a handle. Medium and Large sizes may also include a white border when complex shapes (hair, ears, etc) are supplied, to ensure the product looks great once cut.
We only print Big Head Cutouts as Single sided as these do not mirror symmetrically.
We do prefer print ready artwork and we ask that it is set up with a vectored cutline as per our artwork specifications. Our team can also assist you with the creation of the cutline where required.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
3mm Signflute™ is a lightweight and wallet friendly corrugated plastic material. It is weather resistant and suitable for outdoor use. 3mm Foam PVC is a more dense plastic material with a smooth, professional finish that is best used indoors.

The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 colour flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!

As part of our colour management system, we have profiled all of our printers and materials to print to the ISO12647 colour standard. We also implement weekly colour checks on all printers to ensure the accuracy of the colours we are printing for our customers.
