How long will it take to produce my retractable banner order?
We can produce your order in as little as 24 hours after artwork proof sign off.
< 16 units - 24 Hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign off.
< 31 units - 48 Hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off
< 81 units - 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if over $3300 inc GST
< 121 units - 5 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
< 201 units - 7 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
Can you replace the banner on my existing pull up banner stand?
We do not replace the printed banners on existing pull up banner stands - we only supply new complete units. The reasons for this are:

1. The labour cost involved in removing the old banner and installing a new banner into the stand is expensive
2. A number of banner stands will be destroyed when trying to change over the banners
3. A number of banner stands are in very poor condition and not worth re-using
4. Our low cost for the complete new units makes it a better option than changing over banners on existing units
What is the difference between the Premium and Luxury banner stands?
The banner is exactly the same on both models - the only difference is the stand itself. The Premium model has a stronger spring than most of it’s type on the market - however is still best suited for shorter term use and comes with a 1 year warranty. The Luxury model is a stronger, sturdier unit which we recommend when the stand is going to be used continually and/or sent interstate. It comes with a 3 year warranty.
Can the banner stand be used outdoors?
The retractable banner stand is designed for indoor use. While we do not recommend using them outdoors, they do have good stability and the printed banner is water resistant, and we are aware that a number of customers use them outdoors.
I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
Can I get a replacement banner for my existing stand?
We do not replace the printed banners in existing stands - we only supply new complete units. We have found that it is more costly to replace the existing banners than to supply a complete new unit - due to the time required to change them and the potential damage to the spring inside the stand.
