Description

Our 2mm Screenboard is a cardboard material designed to provide a lightweight material with high quality printing characteristics. It is most commonly used in point of sale applications such as header cards and posters - which can be hung from the ceiling or mounted directly onto a wall. We print in a very high resolution on our state of the art flatbed printers and cut the panels and custom shapes with precision using our digital flatbed cutter. We charge no extra for custom shapes, the pricing is worked out on the overall measurements of the sign.

  • High resolution full colour digital print. Single Sided Screenboard Signs are printed using odourless Latex Inks while Double Sided are printed using UV inks

** Our fixed shipping price is based on sending the entire order to 1 location. If either the height or width is greater than 1200mm we need to send the order on a pallet to ensure safe delivery, which is at an extra expense.   • What is the largest size my sign can be?

    The maximum sheet size is 2400mm x 1200mm - however we can make any size sign you require by supplying multiple sheets.

  • I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

    Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 colour flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!

Our Kongsberg digital flatbed cutter cuts all of our Signflute™ signs and ensures that the signs are cut to the exact size required - and with perfectly cut edges.

No more of the old hand-cut corrugated plastic signs which inevitably had rough edges and inconsistent shape and size! The flutes in the corrugated plastic material make it too difficult to manually cut accurately - you need a high tech machine to make perfect cuts.

Our digital flatbed cutter takes away all the human error from cutting. It is fast and accurate and ensures that our finished Signflute™ corrugated plastic signs look amazing!
