• When can you dispatch my order for Pop Up Gazebo accessories?

  These products are held in stock and orders placed and paid before 1pm AEST will be packed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched next working day.

• What is the difference between the Aluminium and Steel Series Pop Up Gazebo?

  Both series feature the same high quality full colour printed Canopy and Walls, the main difference is the frame.

  • Steel Series: Powder-coated steel frame with a 12-month warranty. It’s our most economical option, available in 2m x 2m and 3m x 3m sizes. The frame is heavier, so it’s best suited for short transport distances.
  • Aluminium Series: Lightweight anodised aluminium frame available in two grades:
    • Standard Aluminium: 3-year warranty, available in 2m x 2m, 3m x 3m, 4.5m x 3m, and 6m x 3m.
    • Luxury Aluminium: Heavy-duty 50mm hexagonal frame with a 5-year warranty, available in 3m x 3m and 6m x 3m.

  If you’re after an affordable gazebo and don’t mind the extra weight, choose Steel. If you prefer a lighter, longer-lasting option, go with Aluminium.

• What is the difference between Standard and Luxury Aluminium Frames?

  ​The Luxury Aluminum Frames are heavier and more sturdy with a thicker 50mm hexagonal frame and come with a 5 year warranty. The Standard Aluminium Frames are lighter with a 45mm hexagonal frame and a 3 year warranty.

• Are the Waterbags, Sandbags, or Ropes & Pegs best to use to secure my Gazebo?

  While our Waterbags and Sandbags are designed to help hold down your Gazebo, using them in addition to the Pegs that can be ordered on this page will secure your Gazebo the best. Choosing between the Waterbags and Sandbags will depend on what material you have available to fill them - it’s usually easier to find a tap to fill the Waterbag. Even if you are using Waterbags or Sandbags it is not recommended to use Gazebos in windy conditions.

• Can I use another suppliers Gazebo products with Easy Signs Gazebo products?

  We unfortunately cannot guarantee that Gazebo products supplied by another supplier will be compatible with Easy Signs products. We recommend measuring your existing product very carefully before placing your order as not all gazebos are manufactured the same.

• Can I order different quantities of Ropes & Pegs, Waterbags and Sandbags?

  We only supply these accessories for Pop Up Gazebos in sets of 4 or 6 - one for each post depending on your frame size. We do not supply them in other quantities.

• What comes with the Pop Up Gazebo Half Wall Support Kits?

  The Half Walls Support Kits come with the following:

  a) 2x2 and 3x3 Pop Up Gazebo

  • 1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)
  • 1 x support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  b) 4.5x3 Pop Up Gazebo

  • 1 set of 2 x post connectors (which clamp to each post)
  • 1 x 4.5m support bar - which consists of 1 x 3m support bar plus an extension bar which fits into the end of the 3m bar (the ends of the 4.5m bar are inserted into the post connectors)

  c) 6x3 Pop Up Gazebo

  • 1 set of 2 x post connectors (which clamp to each corner post)
  • 1 x metal double sided centre connector (which clamps to the centre post)
  • 2 x 3m support bars (one end of each bar is inserted into the connector on the corner post and the other end is inserted into the metal centre connector)
• How can I order the Pop Up Gazebo canopy and walls?

• What size Flags will fit on the Flag Mount?

  ​We recommend using a Flag that is no higher than 2.5m H on the mounts to ensure the Gazebo remains sturdy and doesn’t become too front-heavy. Easy Signs Flags that can be used with the mount are:

  • Extra Small (1830mm H) and Small (2300mm H) Teardrop Banners
  • Extra Small (2000mm H) and Small (2400mm H) Bow Banners
  • Small (1510mm H) and Medium (2160mm H) Rectangle Flags

  Larger Flags should only be used in calm weather and will require weights to be added to the Gazebo legs.
• What Gazebo Frame do the Flag Mounting Brackets fit?

  The Flag Mounting Brackets will fit all sizes of Easy Signs Gazebo frames.

• Can I Use the Waterbags in Freezing Conditions?

  Our Waterbags are designed to withstand conditions as low as -10 degrees celsius.

• Can I install the Awning on both the front and side of my Gazebo?

  No — only one Awning can be fitted at a time. The arms attach directly to the Gazebo legs, so adding multiple awnings would affect stability.

• Is the Awning height adjustable?

  Yes, the Awning height can be adjusted by repositioning the clamps. Keep in mind that this may slightly change the angle or shape of the Awning.

• Are Awning Frames interchangeable between sizes?

  Yes! The 2m and 3m Awning Frames use the same structure, but each size requires its own fabric panel.
