To attach the canopy you firstly locate the hole in the top of the canopy. Then simply remove the silver locking cap from the top of the pole, pull the canopy over the frame, position the hole in the top of the canopy over the top of the frame. Make sure the canopy is clear of the pole top and then push the silver locking cap back over the top of the pole. Then push each of the 4 arms of the frame into the 4 pockets at the edge of the canopy. If the canopy is not straight you can remove the silver locking cap, adjust the position of the canopy and then replace the silver locking cap.
The canopy is made from a high quality 270gsm PU Coated Polyester Fabric and includes high resolution full colour printing. The material can be printed with any colour and logo/design you choose.
Our Umbrellas are printed using a dye sublimation process which provides a high quality print and vibrant colours.
When used internally (i.e. out of the sun and weather) they will last indefinitely.
When used outdoors the dye sublimation print will fade over time and the amount of fading will depend on the amount of UV the Umbrella is exposed to. As an indication we would expect the Umbrellas to last 6 - 12 months before noticeably fading but this could vary depending on the conditions they are exposed to. Umbrellas left out in harsh conditions are more likely to fade within 3 months of use.
It should be noted that custom printed Umbrellas supplied by other suppliers in Australia will last for the same amount of time as they are all printed with the same dye sublimation process.
The Heavy Duty Base and 20L Waterbag provide excellent stability however we don’t recommend using the Umbrellas in windy conditions even if the bases are used.
The Waterbag holds 20L of water which equates to 20kgs of weight. If paired with the Heavy Duty Base we offer, this means the total base weight will be 30kgs!
The umbrella is a 270gsm PU Coated Polyester Fabric which is designed to repel water. This material will prevent rain from coming through under normal conditions. However, if water is allowed to “pool” on top of the canopy, the water will eventually seep through the material. It is important for customers to avoid water “pooling” on top of the umbrella for this reason.
Yes - the 270gsm PU Coated Polyester Fabric is certified for Fire Resistance to AS1530:2 standards.
No - the Printed Market Umbrella does not have a carry bag available. The frame is supplied wrapped in bubblewrap and inside a cardboard box for protection.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
