The boxes are supplied flat packed, creased and glued, ready for quick assembly when unpacked. Simply squeeze the sides into your box shape, fold the sides in then fold the top over and lock into place.
These boxes are made from a cardboard stock which means they are not waterproof therefore, liquid products should be carefully sealed before being placed into the boxes.

Provided your artwork is placed within the safe area on our template, the tolerance for aligning the inside and outside prints is approximately 1mm to 2mm.
No, our Small Product Boxes are not considered safe for use in direct contact with foods, however, safely sealed items can be used in these products.
No we don’t. We print directly onto the material and don’t offer any additional embellishments such as spot UV Coating, foiling, embossing, or metallic prints.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
The paper material we use for our Small Product Boxes is FSC ® Certified (C102086) with fibres from well managed forests that are also elemental chlorine free, making efficient resource use and comply with environmental regulations. The paper can be easily recycled into any household recycling bin*, and all paper waste that occurs throughout the printing process is recycled by Easy Signs.
