• How long will it take to produce my Stretch Fabric Media Wall?

  We can produce your order in as little as 24 hours after artwork proof sign off:

  1.5m, 2m, 2.4m & 3m Straight / 2.2m & 3m Curved:

  < 3 units - 24 hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign off
  < 9 units - 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if order is over $3300 inc GST
  < 21 units - 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
  < 41 units - 4 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
  < 71 units - 5 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit

• What is the difference between a curved and straight Stretch Media Wall?

  It all comes down to your preference. A Straight Stretch Media Wall is a great option for creating a freestanding wall that will act as a backdrop for an event or exhibition, while our Curved Stretch Fabric Media Walls have a curved shape that can be set up concave or convex and offer a more immersive and unique appearance.

• What components do the Straight Stretch Fabric Media Walls come with?

  The Straight Stretch Fabric Media Walls are supplied in a carry bag with several pieces that can be easily interlocked together to form the frame. The fabric banner is then stretched over the frame. Here is a list of the number of pieces supplied with each frame:

• Does my Stretch Fabric Media Wall come with feet?

  Your Straight Stretch Fabric Media Wall will come with feet and your Curved Stretched Fabric Media Wall will come without feet. The curved shape allows the wall to be stable without the need to add feet, but the straight wall requires the feet to ensure the wall stays straight and upright just as you would expect.

• How do you attach the banner to the Stretch Fabric Media Walls?

  Once you have set up the Stretch Media Wall Frame you simply slide the Fabric over the top of the Frame and pull it down until it reaches the bottom of the Frame. We recommend that 2 people attach the Fabric as it needs to be stretched and to be pulled down evenly on both sides.

• What is the diameter of the frame for the Stretch Fabric Media Walls?

  The Stretch Fabric Media Walls have a strong 32mm diameter tubular Aluminium Frame.

• Can I use the Media Wall outdoors?

  ​We do not recommend using your Media Wall outdoors as the Fabric will act like a sail in the wind and it will easily blow over. We suggest using these indoors only. If your style comes with feet, the feet could have sandbags applied and/or the frame could be tied to something for support outdoors, however we cannot guarantee this would work and advise against it.

• How can I remove any creases from the polyester fabric?

  We recommend that you use a steamer to remove any creases from the polyester fabric. It’s also possible to use a warm iron, but it is important that you use an ironing cloth so that the iron does not make contact with the fabric.

• Can I use this as a Green Screen?

  Yes you can! We have the chroma green and chroma blue colour codes on file that we can apply to the printed banner. We recommend using this product as a green screen as it provides a wrinkle-free, light absorbing, freestanding backdrop.

• How bright are the LED lights and what is their lifespan?

  Each LED light produces 1800 lumens of bright illumination and has an expected 2-year lifespan

• What colour temperature are the LEDs?

  The LED lights operate at 6000K, producing a bright, cool white light.

• How do the LED Lights attach to the display?

  The lights secure to the top bar of your tension fabric display frame using an adjustable clamp that can be tightened or loosened as needed. Each light includes a 3350mm power cord for easy connection to standard power outlets.

• I purchased my Frame elsewhere, will your lights work on my Frame?

  Please note that these are only designed to fit on Easy Signs Straight and Curved Stretch Fabric Media Wall Frames.

• I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

  Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
