The Vinyl Banner slides over the pole, with the eyelets aligned to the hardware. This ensures a secure fit and keeps the banner taut.
The Vinyl Banner is attached to a brushed aluminium pole that is 1.5mm thick and has a 30mm diameter. The pole slides into the mounting brackets and is secured with a screw to prevent movement.
Zip ties loop through the eyelets and around the pole, stopping the banner from slipping off in windy conditions.
The metal bands wrap around the street pole and can be tightened using a screwdriver or drill. Turning the screw secures the band and keeps the hardware firmly in place.
The maximum size available is 762mm wide × 2400mm high. All banner widths can be produced up to this height.
Yes — they’re printed on durable 510gsm blockout vinyl with a black layer to stop show-through. That makes them ideal for outdoor use, even in sun and rain.

With proper installation, Vinyl Pole Banners are built to last through extended outdoor campaigns. Lifespan depends on exposure to weather and UV, but many customers get 6–12 months or more of use.
Yes you can! If you already have the hardware in place, you can simply order replacement banners with new designs and reuse the existing brackets and poles.
Clear eyelets are the latest in eyelet technology. The old metal eyelets would block the graphic on your sign and be very noticeable - but you can see straight through the clear eyelets. This allows you to see more of your graphic on the sign as the clear eyelets are barely noticeable. The clear eyelets are also just as strong as the metal eyelets but will not rust. The signs look significantly better with the clear eyelets.
Our banner material is white and has a matte finish. The ink has a satin finish so any printed areas of the banner will have this finish.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
Our Vinyl Banners are printed using HP Latex Inks which are water based and are designed to avoid the hazards associated with solvent and UV inks. The ink contains no Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP) as others do, and help avoid reactive monomer chemistry exposure and ozone generation.

The ink cartridges use cardboard Eco-Cartons rather than the traditional plastic cartridges which reduces plastic by 80% and CO₂e by 66% in ink production and transportation. Plus, this makes the cartridges recyclable too, further reducing waste!
We also utilise the HP Recycling Program where all of our HP Latex printhead consumables are recycled with HP and used to make new printer components.

Have you ever seen metal eyelets on signs and noticed how they detract from the aesthetic quality of the sign? The ring of the metal eyelets hides the printing and intrudes into the graphic - and can even rust!
Clear eyelets make the signs look amazingly better. As they are clear you can see right through them to your graphic - and the thermoplastic polymer material is as strong as metal and will not rust.
Our colour management system ensures that all of our printers print the correct colour every time.
As part of our colour management system, we have profiled all of our printers and materials to print to the ISO12647 colour standard. We also implement weekly colour checks on all printers to ensure the accuracy of the colours we are printing for our customers.
