• How long will it take to produce my order for End Sign Flags?

  We can produce your order in as little as 24 hours after artwork proof sign off:

  < 21 units - 24 hours (1 working day) after artwork proof sign off
  < 51 units - 48 hours (2 working days) after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit if over $3300 inc GST
  < 101 units - 3 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit
  < 201 units - 4 working days after artwork proof sign off and receipt of deposit

• How do I install the End Sign Flag hardware?

  The wall mount comes with both adhesive backing and screws. For smooth indoor surfaces (like glass, tiles, or flat finishes), you can use the adhesive for a quick setup — just make sure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth. For other wall types, or if you want extra durability, we recommend using the screws provided. Please note: the adhesive is for indoor use only, as moisture can weaken the bond. Indoors, it typically lasts 6–12 months depending on conditions.

• How do I install the End Sign Flag into the pole?

  The pole has a slit that opens so you can slide the printed fabric in. Once in place, a cap is fitted to the end of the pole to secure the flag and prevent the slit from opening.

• What’s the difference between square cut and diamond cut End Sign Flags?

  It comes down to the shape of the bottom edge:

  • Square cut: Straight horizontal edge for a clean, classic look.
  • Diamond cut: Angled “V” shape at the bottom for a more dynamic and eye-catching style.

  Both options use the same high-quality fabric — the choice is simply about the look you prefer.

• How long will the End Sign Flag last?

  Our flags are printed using the dye sublimation process, which produces vibrant, long-lasting colour. When used indoors (out of direct sunlight and weather), they can last indefinitely. Outdoors, some fading will occur over time, usually after 6–12 months of continuous use, depending on UV exposure. Because End Sign Flags are generally used outdoors for shorter periods, they’ll often last much longer. Replacement flags are low cost and designed to be swapped out easily while reusing your hardware.

• What material are the End Sign Flags made from?

  Our End Sign Flags are made from premium SignWeave™ polyester fabric. Each flag is sewn from two layers of 145gsm blockout fabric, which prevents light from bleeding through so your graphics always look bold and vibrant on both sides.

• I have multiple designs, are there extra setup fees?

  Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
