If your Signflute™ Standees are ordered with a height greater than 1200mm then they will be half-cut and folded in half. By folding your Point of Sale Standees in half your order will be easier to transport and less likely to be damaged.
Honeycomb Cardboard will not be folded in half, as they are made of thick honeycomb cardboard.
Our Signflute Standees can be set up in minutes by folding the struts and using the locking tabs to hold them in place. Then using the velcro that is already applied to the struts, you can attach the Standee Faces and you are done. Please refer to the guide here for step by step instructions.
For the Cardboard Standees, simply slide the cardboard Standee into the strut’s pre-cut slots and place it at your storefront to attract passing customers.
We have a minimum width for Point of Sale Standees of 400mm so that your standee looks great and the strut that is 200mm wide is well hidden. We recommend that you design your standees with a base that is a minimum of 40% of widest point for maximum stability.
Your Point of Sale Standees made of 5mm Signflute™ will be half cut (when required), so they can be folded for shipping, by slicing through the front surface on your Standees. This enables the signs to be folded in half for easy transportation.
For the Cardboard Standees, they will be supplied without any half cut.
As the Point of Sale Standees are produced on high quality 5mm Signflute, they are designed to be UV resistant and will last for years when used indoors or in a shop window.
We recommend our Cardboard Standees to be used indoors as they are not waterproof. They can be used outside in areas, however will last a few weeks only if wet.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

Signflute™
Signflute™ is made from polypropylene which is a recyclable plastic resin. The plastic resin is identified as a category 5 product and most local councils will offer to recycle these products, please check with your local council on how to do so*.
All Signflute™ waste that occurs throughout the printing process at Easy Signs is recycled, and the ink cartridges use cardboard Eco-Cartons rather than the traditional plastic cartridges which reduces plastic by 80% and CO₂e by 66% in ink production and transportation. Plus, this makes the cartridges recyclable too, further reducing waste!

Cardboard Signs are the perfect option for the environmentally conscious buyer looking for indoor signage. Our Cardboard Signs have a smooth flat surface that is printed in high resolution, full colour on our HP Latex R2000 printer using water based inks that provide glossier prints with great scratch resistance.
The 10mm Cardboard material is fluted, giving it great strength while remaining lightweight, and is proudly FSC certified so you can be rest assured that you can be sure that you are making an environmentally sustainable choice.

The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 colour flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!

Our Kongsberg digital flatbed cutters cut all of our corrugated plastic signs and ensures that the signs are cut to the exact size required - and with perfectly cut edges.
No more of the old hand-cut corrugated plastic signs which inevitably had rough edges and inconsistent shape and size! The flutes in the corrugated plastic material make it too difficult to manually cut accurately - you need high tech machines to make perfect cuts.
Our digital flatbed cutters take away all the human error from cutting. They are fast and accurate, ensuring that our finished Signflute™and Corflute® corrugated plastic signs look amazing!
Our colour management system ensures that all of our printers print the correct colour every time.
As part of our colour management system, we have profiled all of our printers and materials to print to the ISO12647 colour standard. We also implement weekly colour checks on all printers to ensure the accuracy of the colours we are printing for our customers.
This makes sure that your colours are printed perfectly - for every order.
Signflute™ corrugated plastic has been specifically developed to match the demands of the new high speed flatbed printers and inks.
The corrugated plastic material needed to improve at the same rate as the printers to ensure maximum adhesion of the ink to the substrate. The older styles of corrugated plastic were found to be unsuitable for these high tech flatbed printers. They did not have the adhesive properties required - so the ink would just crack and fall off them after a short time!
Our exhaustive testing of many brands of corrugated plastic has shown that Signflute™ corrugated plastic - with its smooth surface and very high dyne levels - provides us with the highest quality print results and ink adhesion.
